Yassine El Ghanassy has been given a six-month jail sentence after appearing in court for a speeding offense for the fifteenth time.

Belgium international El Ghanassy, who plays for French club Nantes, was given the prison term by a court in Bruges on Wednesday and was restricted from driving for a long time.

In June 2016, he was found driving at 57 kilometers for each hour in a 50kmh zone, and police found that he had officially lost his permit and ought to have retaken his test to get it back.
